This website is operated by Golden Osikani Autos Limited, trading as Osikani Autos (“we”, “us”), A Black Horse Subsidiary. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to answer you.

• General enquiry form: your name, email address, enquiry type and message, and your phone number only if you choose to give it. Used to answer your enquiry.
• Business and strategic form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the kind of relationship you want to discuss, and your message. Used to respond, by the Office of the CEO.
• Careers form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and your message or experience. Used to respond to your careers enquiry, by Human Resources.
• Consent record: the consent box you tick and the version of this policy shown to you, sent with your message.
• Email and WhatsApp: if you write to us directly, we receive the contact details and content you choose to send.

What we do not collect

• No accounts or passwords. This website has no sign-in for visitors.
• No payment, card or bank details. This website takes no payments.
• No advertising or analytics trackers, and no cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
• No precise location.

Please do not put passwords, card or bank details, or government ID numbers in a form or message.

Why we may use it

We ask for your consent before you send a form: you tick the consent box, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. If you contact us first by email or WhatsApp, we use your details to reply to you.

How the forms work today

When you press a send button, your own email app opens with your message addressed to the right team. Nothing is sent until you send that email, and this website does not store what you type. If we introduce a secure online form, we will update this policy before it goes live.

Who receives your information

Messages go to the team that handles the topic: general enquiries (info@osikaniautos.com), the Office of the CEO and its Executive Secretary for business and strategic matters (officeoftheceo@osikaniautos.com), or Human Resources for careers (hr@osikaniautos.com). We use email and hosting providers to run the website and mailboxes. They may process technical records, such as IP address and request time, to deliver and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party content and links

This website serves its own fonts, images and scripts. It loads no third-party analytics, advertising, social or map embeds. If you choose the WhatsApp, TikTok or Instagram link, you leave this website and that platform’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Write to info@osikaniautos.com. Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) gives individuals rights over their personal information, and you may complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana. If you are in another country, your local law may give you additional rights.

Children

This website is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. Email is not a fully private channel, so do not include sensitive details in a first message. See the Security page.
