• Availability, specifications, condition, pricing and delivery are confirmed directly with Osikani Autos for each case and may change without notice.
• A vehicle or aircraft may be company-controlled inventory or a sourced, partner or agency opportunity. We state which when you enquire.
• Images on this website are illustrative unless a page says otherwise.

Enquiries and agreements

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A transaction binds the parties only when it is set out in a written agreement or invoice that we have issued and you have accepted. Where Osikani Autos acts as agent or facilitator, the agreement will say so.

Financing

Osikani Autos is not a bank or lender. We can assist qualified clients in exploring vehicle financing through relevant financial institutions and partners. Financing is subject to partner criteria, documentation and approval, and is not guaranteed. Terms, rates and eligibility are set by the institution.

Aviation

Osikani Autos is not an airline, aircraft owner or aircraft operator. Aviation activity is limited to sourcing, facilitation and coordination through qualified industry partners. Ownership, operation, charter and regulatory activity remain with the appropriately licensed or contracted party.
